Die Idee ist gut

Die Idee hinter der App ist gut aber leider nur für den puren Anfänger gut. Man kann keine Übungen tauschen oder ergänzen. Was soll ich tun wenn ich statt den PC jetzt Klimmzüge mache? Oder gar schon auf die Texas Method wechseln möchte? Aber vielleicht kommt das alles noch mit der Zeit. Wir werden sehen ob die Updates Verbesserungen bringen

Top App zum Buch.

Durch die App hat man immer alles im Handy dabei. Die wichtigsten Artikel und Anleitungen aus dem Buch sind dabei, ebenso Videos und Tipps um noch mal schnell was zu checken. Top ist auch die Planung des Trainings samt Aufwärmsätze und Steigerung der Gewichte. Dies wird komplett durch die App gemanagt.

Great app and a great strength and conditioning programme.

Perfekt

die App überzeugt auf den zweiten Blick....sie ist wie das Gleichnamige Buch, simpel und auf den Punkt gebracht. Wer nach SS trainiert der hat in der App einen tollen Begleiter, aus dem Arbeitsgewicht werden Automatisch Aufwärmsätze berechnet und das ganze gespeichert. Buchausschnitte und kurze Videos zu den Übungen sind vorhanden....

Great app

Its about time this sort of app was released! Its great to be able to quickly reference parts of the Starting Strength book without carrying around the book with you. The ability to track your workouts is also great. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the workout tracker doesnt allow you to switch exercises for pull-ups/back extension version of the program. Please add that in! Great job otherwise.

Wish it worked...

The app ute self seems to be great. I say "seems to be" because the first time I tried to use it while in the gym, as opposed to entering an already completed workout, it crashed, and would not start back. I completely shut it down, even power cycled my phone, but now it wont work. If it would work, it would definitely be a 5 star app, and well worth the $8.99 price tag. As it stands now, for me at least, its essentially useless until they update it again.

Great app, keeps crashing

I dont often have expectations for apps, but I do expect if I pay $8.99 for an app I shouldnt have to delete it and reload it every time I workout. Newest update makes it constantly crash. Will update this review once this is fixed.
