Please include a Tube Map! And the possibility to sort station names by order of location on the line (and buttons to navigate between them).
Great !
Very useful but there is not TfL rail and London Overground (Liv. St. to Chingford, Enfield Town and Cheshunt) ! Please add this.
Not useful for trip planing
Bought it for my first visit to London. Not very helpful. Bad navigation. Not selfexplaining.
Very helpfully
I love this app ! Its so helpful, I plan all my journeys with it. I like the 3D map function of the stations and the exit function at most. You can also see which station is the best to change for another line when you have for example lots of baggage. Its worth £2.49 It would be great if you could add the TfL service updates. ;)
Good, but could be better
This is a good app - probably better for residents of London rather than tourists. If it included a route planning feature, I would give it 5 stars. They do state in the details that it doesnt have that, but why not at $2.99? If it did, you would only need one app to navigate the Tube. Still it will be useful for my upcoming trip.
Traveler
Station Master is a great App for getting around on and in the Tube by giving excellent advice and diagrams of stations and services available. I visited London this past spring; last time I was there I used a small program for my PDA that helped me get around on the Tube but was not as helpful as it could have been. All the same I saved an amazing amount of time and money using that program and the Tube. This time I decided to use my iPad and to get an App that made up for the short comings of that program. The program was great for making routes for travel but left out the crucial step of how to find, and get around the underground stations. This is not always an easy task as you transfer from one line to another while trying to be sure you end up going in the right direction. Then I found the Station Master App. Not only did this App make it easier to use the Tube by giving me a clear diagram of the stations I used but it was also filled with useful and even fun facts that help make trip planning easier. I am giving this App four stars out of five only because they did not have diagrams of all the stations that I needed.
Excellent app for general station info
Lots of good information here including whether a station has lifts and cash machines, etc... The list of corresponding bus lines at each station is also particularly helpful.
