Strength Level allows you to compare your performance with other lifters in compound exercises like bench press, deadlift and squat. Strength level will grade your strength by comparing your single maximal repetition (1RM) in your weight and age class with global performance standards based on competitive weightlifter and powerlifting classification systems in use from the 1950’s to present. Analyse which of your muscle groups are lagging and where you excel in comparison to other lifters at your level. Chart the muscles worked per exercise and discover any muscle imbalances. Strength Level has been designed for bodybuilders, weightlifters and powerlifters and can be used by both men and women to track and compare strength. Strength Level can integrate with Apple HealthKit to help keep track of your weight. Your strength can be automatically updated whenever your weight is updated in HealthKit.
