Work across your devices
Start an invoice on iPhone or iPad and continue your billing work on supported phone, tablet, laptop, and desktop versions for iOS, macOS, Android, and Windows. Optional cloud sync keeps your invoice data available across devices with supported providers including iCloud, OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, and WebDAV. SubTotal Pro is required for cloud sync. On iPhone and iPad, iCloud sync uses CloudKit.
Simple pricing
SubTotal is free to use, with no ads and no subscription. Some advanced features require SubTotal Pro, including cloud sync, e-invoicing, all PDF fonts and layouts, custom PDF fonts, embedded QR codes, and removing the hyperlink from the PDF footer. Pro features can be tested free for 7 days.
SubTotal Pro is a one-time purchase for the iPhone/iPad app; other platform versions may require a separate purchase.
