SubTotal is free to use, with no ads or subscription. A free 7-day trial lets you test Pro features, including cloud sync, e-invoicing, all PDF fonts and layouts, custom PDF fonts, embedded QR codes, and removal of the hyperlink from the PDF footer.
SubTotal Pro is a one-time purchase linked to your Apple ID and unlocks Pro access for iOS/iPadOS. A separate Pro purchase may be required on other platforms.
