Players take turns placing number tiles onto a board, following Sudoku rules for the placement of the numbers. Points are determined using the familiar crossword game rules. The game ends when one player has no more tiles, and the player with the most points wins. "Playing" a Sudoku puzzle like a Word game is popular in Japan, the birthplace of Sudoku. The gameplay has now been adopted to iPhone / iPad.
