I started my sugar free journey when my daughter started eating finger foods at nine months, instead of purchasing commercial baby food and snacks I cooked everything homemade, packing my freezer with batch meals to save time and always ensuring I had my homemade snacks with me on the go so I wasn’t forced to buy anything off the shelves. This early discipline means that now as a toddler she will turn her nose up if anyone offers her chocolate or a sugary snack and is completely content eating the same meals as my husband and I.
By purchasing this app you are helping me on my mission to fight back at a food industry determined to get our children addicted to sugar, by setting an example to our children now we can hopefully shape a healthier future for our children and they grow into strong young adults.
