There were tons of applications to help you run, but nothing to get you from the couch to outside running. We have done countless hours of research and we have found that people run better in groups. People are motivated a lot better when in a group. This is when Summit Was Born. Summit is a mixture of research and programming to its greatest. Summit has countless features: Pacer - We have a pacing feature which is built in to the running experience. It will allow for a user to see there pace and we believe it can greatly encourage users. Stanford recently published a study that seeing your pace will help a person run faster. High & Lows - You can now see where you went fast and where you went slow. This allow you to see your hard parts so that you can easily improve upon it. Background Refresh - This will allow it to continue working while you continue on with your tasks. This will also allow for you to listen to music, as you are on the application and you are outside running! Past Runs - You can take a look at your past runs to see how well youve improved through this application. Badges - The application will also vibrate once you have unlocked your badges. The badges are included in a easy to navigate user interface. Groups - We are adding a group feature in which you can work together and run with your group. We will soon add a feature in where you can also join charity events so you can run for a good cause. There are many more, but we want to leave something for you to figure out by yourself with a sense of curiosity.
