Attention arnaque !

Impossibilité de se faire payer ! Clients partis avec leurs achats, puis remboursés sans raison par SumUp ! Près de 10000€ dimpayés à cause de SumUp ! Cest inadmissible et une telle société ne devrait pas être présente sur App Store !

Ça fonctionne très bien, aucun bug. En plus des cartes, on peut aussi gérer les espèces mais pas les chèques. Dommage ! Aussi, lorsque lon établi un reçu détaillé, lappareil ne gère pas les remises, alors on est obligé de saisir le montant en direct et donc pas de détails pour lacheteur !!

Le lecteur est supe pratique mais lapplication marche une fois sur deux : connexion impossible / retour à lécran de connexion / appli qui freeze... Ça devient embarrassant dannoncer au client quils vont devoir revenir avec des espèces...

La combinaison de lapplication iphone ou iPad et du lecteur de carte permet des encaissements même en déplacement. La commission de 1.75% prélevée par Sumup sur les transactions mériterait dêtre revue à la baisse pour assurer une diffusion plus massive.
