Description

Try the awesome Super Search, and new Wiktionary integrated definition look up! Super Words is a great tool for either looking up a word that you can use in a game of SCRABBLE®, or to check a word thats been played. In the Standard English version of the application, the English word lists are comprised of several publicly available, approved word lists, used in English speaking countries around the world. Are you a language student? Super Words and a friend or two, together with a game board, will help you build your French or English vocabulary quickly. French has now been added, with Spanish, German, and Italian coming soon. If you would like to see Scrabble Words for another language, please send us an email through one of the links below. FEATURES: - Check a word, and see whether it can be used in a game. - Select a few spots on the board, enter the letters that you have, and get suggested words with their minimum score values. - Enter the letters from a specific row or column on the board, along with the letters that you have, and find out exactly how many points you might be able to score. This needs updating, many of the words found dont actually exist...

Very good game slow download but very good..

Problem with selection of North American Words

This program will only search for SOWPODS words and will not selectively search for TWL06 words used in all North American tournaments. If you enter adenost you get astoned which is only acceptable in SOWPODS. If it does not allow you to selectively search for TWL06 words then it should at least tell you that a word is SOWPODS and not TWL06 to interest most U.S. players, including U.S. tournament players. The program will not allow you to efficient erase a misentered letter either -- it requires you to "clear" all letters -- a MAJOR disadvantage to any "Scrabbler".

Not a dictionary

The game is great for building words and giving suggestions but just so others know it is *not* a dictionary.

I really like the way that you can go in an out of this application, and it remembers exactly what tiles you have in your rack. If you play three letters, all you have to do is tap on one of them, and type in the new letter that you drew for that one. Or you start at the first tile, and just type in what you have in the rack now. I sent these guys an email, and asked for a way to know which words are in the OWL, and they said theyd work on it right away. Wow!

Simple to use and once words are noted as to which authority us used, this so will only get better. Already worth 5 stars.

Hullo! If the title doesnt tell you maybe the product description will. Product works just fine. Seems text entry bugs mentioned in other reviews were fixed - I see no sign of them. Results are labeled SOWPODS or TWL06 or both and ranked highest score to lowest. The only reason I dont give it 5 stars is because I would like to see an option to select SOWPODS/TWL06 up front and a positioning option for the letters already on the board.
