Description
The app is a tool provided with the Survival Nego corporate training program developed and delivered by Actionlab. It supports individual and group preparation for negotiations with real stakes. According to our definition negotiation is the right approach when we cannot reach our interpersonal goals with reasoning, emotional stimulus or with a one sided action. In these cases we have to be able to change our position and make the other change their position in a way that might lead to an agreement acceptable for all the parties. The proper usage of the app is learnt and practiced during the courses.
