Order Lost
Great app except the restaurant had no record of my order when I showed up. Placing the order was easy and the set up for picking up orders that have been paid for seems great...except mine wasnt there. It was my first time using the app so Ill give it another shot some other time, but 3 stars for now
Pretty good
Works well but I wish there was an option for specifying that I want them to toss the salad for me. Just for that, Ill make the line whenever I have the time.
You had one job
The app design and interface is fantastic. That said, after entering all of our info we were given a pop up message : "authentication invalid" or some cryptic message along those lines. So regardless of how smooth and intuitive the salad building process is, its sort of irrelevant if you cant close the deal.
Update has bug?
Since the update no matter where I change my order location to, it sends it to the last store I ordered from before the update. Even though it will list the correct store in app and even say confirmed, when the email comes it lists the wrong store. Ive placed on three orders for two different stores where this happened. :-(
Disappointed
I want to love this. But its really slow and unresponsive
"Not connected to Internet" bug
Trying to use this app, but cant get past a "you are not connected to the internet" error message while clearly connected. Oh well. Back to Snap Kitchen.
