The app only works with some video formats. It doesn’t recognize the video taken by my very standard Sony HDR camcorder. I tried contacting their support multiple times, but received absolutely no response. I think the developer doesn’t monitor support email box. Absolutely useless app for me!

Good learning tool
You can take some videos of your swing with your iphone, then import them into Swing It. With the tools in Swing It you can do a complete analysis of your swing. I have paid for video lessons before, and this tool pretty much lets you do it yourself. When you see yourself on video (paticularly when you draw key lines and angles), it gets pretty obvious. You can also import other videos to compare. I did a quick analysis with a Tiger Woods swing video I found on the net. There is a lot to this tool, I am still trying to figure it all out (that is a good thing). But it is also simple enough you can use it immediately and get results. I would recommend this to any golfer. Good tool, and costs less than the price of one lesson. But you still need the lessons so you know what you should be doing. 4 stars becuase I found a few bugs, but nothing that impacts use. And it would be nice if it came bundled with a few pro example videos rather than have us go find them.
Great app!
Ive been using this tool now for about 6 months and really love it! Im an avid golfer and really love helping people out when I can and this really helps me do that and its somewhat cheep! Ive also used it for my own swing and have learned a lot from it! A few little bugs, but still the best golf app out there on the mac right now.
Can’t Save the videos I make
Everytime I try to save a video that I critique the App stops responding and I have to force quit. I would spend the money on this app until they fix this bug. Currently a waste of $30.
