Switchyard is the Railway companion for your phone. Check on your stuff, watch deploys land, and unbreak production from anywhere — without opening your laptop.
Not a dashboard replacement. A focused tool for the moments away from your desk when you need to know what's happening — and fix it when it isn't.
WHAT YOU GET
· Live deploy progress — watch builds and rollouts as they happen
· Log tail — chat-style live logs with search and filters, build vs. deploy
· Activity feed — every deploy, crash, and alert across all your projects in one place
· Spend at a glance — workspace total, projection to end of period, per-project breakdown
· Variables — read-only list with copy-to-clipboard
· Metrics — CPU, memory, network, and disk sparklines

All with the standard iOS confirmation, no scary modals.
BUILT LIKE AN IOS APP
Native gestures, swipe to refresh, long-press menus, skeleton placeholders, diffable lists. No webview shortcuts. The logs view is fast — because bad log UX kills the app.
SIGN IN WITH RAILWAY
OAuth login. Pick which workspaces and projects to share at consent. Tokens live in the iOS Keychain. No pasted account tokens, no servers in the middle.
WHAT IT DOESN'T DO (YET)
Configuration still belongs on the web — variable editing, settings, custom domain DNS, and project creation deep-link to the dashboard. We're honest about that. No dead ends.
