Description
The mobile app of OGRFS (Online Grievance redressal and Feedback System) is developed by Syndicate Bank (Govt of India Undertaking).
It serves a platform for public/staff to Lodge grievances related to Baking services, Complaints related to staff, technology issue related to Mobile Banking app, ePassbook app, SyndUPI app,Internet Banking and other Branch related issues/problems faced by customers/staff and provide solution for the same.
Key Features
1. Sign Up: One time sign up is required to get User Login.
2. Dashboard: A Dashboard for lodging and monitoring after login
3. Grievances lodged by the user is available under categories like Total, Pending, and Disposed.
4. User can track his/her grievance in real time mode.
5. Bilingual SMS and email acknowledgement at the time of lodging of grievance and its disposal.
