Synoptic is a minimalistic and highly functional weather application with a clean, crisp display that allows you to quickly check the weather. From current, daily, and weekly weather forecasts to NEXRAD II and III radar and satellite imagery, you’ll be connected on all fronts of weather.

• Hourly temperature and precipitation forecasts out to 24 hours
• Daily and weekly weather summaries
• Search for weather information globally
• NEXRAD II and III weather radar imagery
• Base and Composite radar options
• Control radar speed and the number of radar frames
• Overlay visible, infrared, or water vapor imagery
• Overlay watches and warnings to track severe weather
• Draw over radar or satellite imagery to highlight or point to different weather features perfect for meteorologists or hobbyists.
• Background maps: Normal, Terrain, and Hybrid (Satellite)
Radar image coverage, at this time, is limited to the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
