For those who practice T-M, it can be a nuisance to open your eyes during your meditation to check how long youve been meditating.

This timer is unique because it is has a voice to guide you through each step so there is no need to open your eyes and break your meditation. The timer voice will instruct you on when to open and close your eyes, as well as when to begin the cool down period to start bubbling up from the meditative state. Its like having a T-M instructor there by your side.
This timer is meant for those who have already received instruction on the T-M technique.If you havent done so and you are interested in learning the practice of T-M, go to TM.org.
