Description

KontrolFit presents the first and only App to offer Tabata training with specially created music, timer and vocal coach. The music tracks feature an international vocal coach to encourage training and mark the rhythm of training times. The bpm remains constant for the entire duration at 8 rounds 20/10, achieving an ideal rhythm in exercise times. The bpm can be adjusted from a slower rhythm of 72 bpm and increased to 96 bpm, 120 bpm or 132 bpm up to a top value of 144 bpm. The app also features a Timer with 8 Rounds 20/10 synchronized with the music, with the option of selecting from a choice of 14 training exercises with various bpm ratings. Also included is a playlist of three different levels; Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced
