Manage and switch between an unlimited amount of table plans. Add guests and tables of varying shapes and sizes and arrange them on a floor plan with unlimited space. Set constraints for your guests and utilize Table Plans sort feature that will seat guests for you. Eliminate the need for tedious and messy plans on paper.
Table Plan Features:
- Add an unlimited amount of guests and sort them by first name, last name, or their seated status.
- Easily copy and paste a list of guests and add them all at once.
- Add an unlimited amount of tables and set their size and shape.
- Browse through your tables and their seated guests easily, all in one tab.
- Effortlessly add, move, and rotate tables on a limitless floor plan. Make your plan as large as you would like!
- Set up to six different constraints on guests and have the app automatically seat your guests for you.
- Put tables into groupings to be utilized by the auto sort function.
- Export your plan to PDF and email, save, or print it
