About a year ago I purchased vehicle from a dealer in another state. Transaction was smooth until I asked, how much are my tag and title fees? Salesperson got the sales manager and I got the answer (later I learned that it was $110 more than it should cost). I got to business office and F&I manager told me the number for tag and title was actually $15 higher.
Needless to say, it was confusing and difficult to find out immediately how much should tax, tag and title cost.
This DMV app is designed to help you figure out how much should tax, tags and title cost.
Use it as a guide to quickly estimate and answer questions. All the fees are up to date as of July 2017. I hope you have fun using it.
