All reviews →Garbage. Garbage. Garbage. That is what I think of Takl. I am currently deployed and went online to get some help for my wife around the house since I am gone. I submitted my order over a week ago and she canceled last minute, the night before. I resubmitted my job and chose the provider.... who never showed up like she was supposed to, with no explanation given. I'm assuming this company is run by morons who hire even bigger morons to work for them.
In the orientation they don't mention the background check or monthly fee. They threaten to take legal action against you if you accept any money outside their platform, or share any information with the customer. I don't like the idea of being so tightly controlled by a company that guarantees me nothing. Also, when they take so much of the fee, it puts the least skilled providers into homes. I use Thumbtack as a lead source, they are GREAT, cheaper and have been a great ROI. Use Thumbtack.
