Taksa is a Chaldean Catholic liturgical companion that brings the prayers, hymns, and sacred rites of one of the world's oldest living Christian traditions into a modern, accessible format.
The app serves as a comprehensive resource for the liturgical and devotional life of the Chaldean Church. It includes daily prayers (Slotha), the Order of the Mass and liturgical rites (Taksa), chants and hymns (Qaleh) with recorded audio, sacramental texts, devotional services, and resources for learning the Aramaic alphabet.
Designed to serve both native speakers and those seeking to reconnect with their heritage, Taksa provides content in English, Sureth, and Arabic, with support for proper right-to-left text rendering. Whether used by clergy, seminarians, lectors, subdeacons, or the faithful, the app makes the Church's liturgical treasures readily accessible for prayer, study, and participation.
Additional features include a liturgical calendar aligned with the Chaldean Church's seasons and observances, as well as a daily Chaldean word feature to encourage ongoing language and faith formation.
