Description

(Designed for iPads, but now able to scale down iPhones, BUT NOTE... on iPhone 5-6 will be a bit squished looking) A simple picture board containing over 800 pictures organized in categories such as animals, people, food, toys, feelings, family, etc. The names of the pictures are spoken when pictures are clicked. The pictures can be dragged and saved into two different playing boards called piggy banks for later study or for use to form pictorial sentences. Connecting words are available to create simple pictorial sentences. Designed for all ages or used as an assistive device in expressive speech delay. - New Text to Speech section to speak in many languages including English, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Portuguese, Scandinavian languages, Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, and more - intuitive navigation between menu, categories and quizzes - able to drag and drop favorite pictures into savings piggy banks - a scrollable picture dictionary of every word - make quizzes out of most sections or create your own custom quizzes. A good app however it would be nice if you can add audio to the pictures we have taken or perhaps be able to change pictures that your child can relate to. I try to find where the settings or instructions page, perhaps settings tab? Otherwise Id rate this as a fair app:)

Was so excited about this app! However, every time I try to click on a category the app drops me back to my home screen. Would love to actually be able to use this during therapy!!

This is a nice free app. I really like the uncluttered pictures and the voices that label the items. I wish it could be customized with user pictures. Then it would deserve all five stars. I hope there is more to come with this app!

Love the simplicity of this app, its like my sons pecs boards at home. Would be AWESOME if you could customize with user pictures!

Limited, but good

This could be a really nice app, but it has a few shortcomings. 1. There arent nearly enough categories or pictures in each category. 2. The screen goes black quite often when touching the different pictures. There doesnt seem to be any particular order to repeat this, it just happens randomly. Fix these two things and you would have a five star app!

Thanks for the additions! This is great for expanding students vocabularies! I would love to see another app based on the positions! It is so nice to have the animation instead of a static picture. It would be awesome to have the learning mode, and then one where the student needs to listen and put the penguin (or other object) in the specified place.

I still cant believe this is free! My son is 6 with moderate autism and limited verbal skills and this app is not only one of his top 5 favorite for the past year, it helps him learn how to say words as he uses the cards as a model. Every update gets better and better. Only change Id make is to be able to add custom pictures in.
