Tangoe Edge keeps you connected to your company’s workflow system at all times to provide you with the most critical information and updates, whenever and wherever you are.
Key Manager Features:
- Approve or reject work items (order requests, invoices...) for your team
- Get notified whenever a new work item is assigned to you
- Contact the people who are requesting those work items
Key Employee Features:
- Track the statuses of order requests from submission to fulfillment, whether they have been created through the app itself or not
- View information about your assigned corporate assets
- Get alerted if any of your assets becomes eligible for upgrade
Security Features:
- Protect your corporate information by applying a passcode to the app itself, in addition to your devices security
- The app logs you out after 10 failed passcode attempts
- All network traffic between your mobile device and the Tangoe servers is encrypted
- Your sign in password is protected and never stored on the mobile app itself
- Login sessions are timed out from inactivity
