Trash app, doesnt work properly. I have been sitting at the bar for an hour now and all I get from it is, "Tap TV is experiencing difficultly". Sign up and wait and wait and wait and wait. The app might work in some places but not here. The app deserves no star.
Frustrating and they allow cheating
The app works well but often a correct answer shows up on the tv as zero points while the phone has the correct score on it. Too many of the categories seem geared for a much younger audience than are playing where I am. Where is the 70s trivia or the 60s and how about board game trivia, why only video trivia? With only 42 people playing nationally the three of us here are all over 60. Its been two years since I wrote the above but still the same. Where are the movie questions that include Casablanca? SO TO THE CHEATING Tap TV allows the players to sign in on multiple devices at the same time with the same user name In what way is that fair?
Good service but diversity is needed!
This app is great, the corresponding tv trivia is well packaged and interesting too. The real problem is that my friends and I play it around dinner time and for a couple of hours there is almost exclusively sports. This is a fairly narrow definition of trivia. Where is the history? Geography? Literature? Science? The Arts? Vocabulary? Once you do baseball, football, sports, raceway, and college football even the guys who like sports trivia are looking around for something else. A little diversity would make this amazing!

These trivia questions are awesome! Tap TV is so much fun, I hope more bars get with the program and install it because Id probably go out more.
I love tapTV!
The tap tv app is great, and a perfect way to play trivia while out at the bar. Interface is simple and easy to use plus it looks great too! The report card (when you turn the phone side-ways) shows you stats and other interesting info. Wish I could play tap everywhere, it beats having to wait around for a quizzo event at your favorite bar.

This app was fun until myself and 2 friends were stuck at the loading screen forever while questions kept rattling off. The whole time the tv said we were still logged on. I reinstalled 3 times and created a new account twice to no avail.
