I enjoy reading my issue of Tea Time on my iPad. However, I am unable to receive the most current issue. Im only seeing Nov/Dec 2016. Very frustrating.

because the update in November 2015 is a disaster. If you set out to make it confusing and frustrating, you succeeded beyond your wildest dreams. As a long time subscriber to this magazine, and some of your other magazines, I cant wait for my subscriptions to expire. Never could understand "improving" what didnt need improvement in the first place.

Download 2 back issues and they both stopped at 99%. Never went past that making them unopenable, which translates to useless. And I am out $10.00.

Paper copy

I am a subscriber to the paper copy of your magazine but would love it to also be available on my iPad without having to buy a separate subscription. It would be great if you would make the e-magazine available at no extra cost to your paper subscribers.

Keeps crashing

Since the upgrade to iOS the app keeps crashing while I am reading. Please address this. Before the app experience was great!

was good, now bad

In the past I enjoyed the Tea Time app. It gave me the ability to view print issues while traveling, and kept past issues in my library. Now, there is no library, my past issues are gone, and there is no way to log in. All I see are issues to be purchased. Issues that I already purchased. PLEASE fix this.

What happened to this app? Where is my library of purchased issues from my paid subscription? I want to be able to see them and open the one Im looking for. This is not an improvement if you have updated the app. I hope you plan to return the library, and make this more user friendly because it no longer is. I would actually rate this as zero stars.
