It actually works. It even displays the correct date on the paper. Now just ease back on the shift to more "tabloid" copy & youre back to where you were six months ago. As Oscar Wilde commented: " Be yourself, everyone else is taken".
Good start but needs polishing
- Should be part of Newstand in IOS - Fuzzy image of newspaper when in "fit to width" or "full zoom" mode in portrait mode but not in landscape mode (major) - Paper ought to be downloaded automatically (pushed to iPad and notification) - Zooming to an article should zoom to fit the article that was tapped like smart zooming to an article in safari - Should be able to log out or switch account in app. Currently only way to log out is to delete and reinstall app. - Should be allowed to start/modify subscription in app as well - Should offer iPad ONLY (not tied to a paper) subscription plan. Good start. Hopefully an update happens really soon.
Crappy
App is fuzzy and slow. I deleted the FREE one. Do they expect me to pay for this stuff. Charge for the app and have to put up with ads upon ads. No thanks.
Poor
Although the application says "free", you cant do anything with it without paying for a subscription. For a small community paper, not worth it! I deleted the app.
Needs improvement
Should open in Newsstand in iOS Cant log out with out deleting the app Fuzzy when article is expanded
