TelepaText gets a bug fix and improvement:
* Minor text-to-speech pronunciation improvements.
* Fixed a bug in the position of Markdown window when it first appears.
* Using the "Rearrange windows upon opening" and choosing Tile Windows (Control Command T) in the Window menu will configure the source text document and its corresponding Markdown formatted view appear side by side if they are the only two windows open.
