I have installed this twice and it still doesnt work. When I click on the icon, it brings up the message that it quit unexpectedly and when I click on the reopen button, it just does the same thing. When I went to the support page, I was not pleased to see that I couldnt send a simple message to get some help. I am still in the process of trying to create an account because there seems to be something wrong with my username or password every time. I gave up for awhile so I can calm down and not type in a user name I may regret.
