Hey, Im Neil. Im addicted to lots of things. This app has helped me build awareness of the triggers for my habits, so I want to share it with you.
Completely private: Your data stays on your phone.
3 second interaction: You tap a button from your lock screen to record an urge.
Non-judgmental: You can choose to indulge your desires. You can choose not to record your urges during a binge. Tempted wont know, and it wont judge you.
Useful: I promise that if you try to record every urge you have for a week, you will discover at least one environmental trigger you didnt know about before.
