TeqLease is an app for technology leasing pros that are tired of the time consuming process of punching numbers into their HP12C calculators for every possible scenario of their lease. TeqLease allows you to quickly enter the important data like the equipment cost, term, interest rate, and payout. TeqLease quickly analyzes your data and provides you with the most important results you need for your decision, the monthly payment, the residual position, the lease rate factor, and how much has been payed out so far. Warnings and color are also used to allow you to quickly identify if a lease is producing or underwater! Play "what if ?" with running past the term of the lease or see what the buyout cost does to the economics of the deal.
