Description
Feel overwhelmed by everything you need to do?
Tether is a visual planner built for ADHD and easily overwhelmed minds. Instead of endless to-do lists, you see your day as simple blocks of time — and make progress one step at a time.
SEE YOUR DAY
• Visual time blocks — your whole day at a glance, not a bottomless list
• Drag to reschedule — move things around without friction or guilt
• Energy tracking — learn which tasks drain you and which recharge you
• Apple Calendar sync — meetings and tasks on one timeline
GET UNSTUCK
• Turn overwhelming tasks into tiny, doable steps
• Add tasks just by speaking, in your own words
• Get gentle schedule suggestions when you don't know where to start
(Optional — only when you need extra help.)
FOCUS BETTER
• A full-screen focus timer with calming background sound
• A gentle nudge when you've lost track of time
• A lock-screen Live Activity so you always know what's next
• 7 themes to make it feel like yours
Every task has an energy level, from draining to recharging. Tether shows your weekly and monthly balance so you understand why some days feel impossible — and plan the hard things for when you actually have energy.
