I have been a loyal iWant subscriber for more than 10 years, but I have finally decided to unsubscribe because of how disappointing their service has become. I recently subscribed to the GMA Bundle for the first time, hoping for a great experience, but it turned out to be a huge letdown. The money I paid for the GMA Bundle was simply not worth it. They upload new episodes every two weeks or more, which is unacceptable for a paid subscription. What kind of service is that?

SCAMMM!!!!!!!!! THEY ROB YOU $12/MONTH FOR SOMETHING U CAN GET FOR FREE IN YOUTUBE!!!! IWANTTFC AND ABS-CBN IS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY, THEY WOULD DO ANYTHING TO SCAM YOU, THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT THEIR VIEWERS. I was pretty much paying $12/month to watch a trimmed down version of It’s Showtime which is literally available at Youtube for FREE.

Episodes won't play. It freezes and Customer support don't know how to troubleshoot. Even if you give them details. I even recorded what is happening but they just give me a round about. Just going in circles asking the same scripted questions.
