Utile

Mais très limité. Parfait pour ceux qui passent 2 semaines de vacances. Mais pour moi quo y habite, cest pas avec ça que je vais faire des progrès. Dommage, sentiment de travail inachevé.

Bietet zu wenig

Technobilder · 17 years ago

Leider nur etwa 50 Begriffe per Textübersetzung, dazu ein kurzer (4-5Min) gesprochener Dialog english/Thai. Das hilft einem weder unterwegs noch als Lernhilfe für die Sprache. Selbst für eine kostenlose Applikation ist das eindeutig zu wenig. Und als Werbung für das Vollprodukt völlig daneben. Only 50 phrases in a text transaltion is not enough. And a short text to listen to is not helpfull for a traveller or to learn anything about the language.

Schrott

Quatschapp - aber den Satz:"these drugs arent mine" hab ich schon auswendig gelernt. Der schützt mich vor lebenslagem Knast. Cool!

The Worst Phrase App Ive Ever Seen

motoyen · 16 years ago

This is by far the worst phrase app Ive ever seen. All the translations are written in English, there is no Thai. On the loud streets of Bangkok it is easier to show someone what you are trying to say rather than handing them your phone to try and listen to the speaker. Also the so called Language Lesson is nothing but a conversation between a Thai and a farang. There isnt actually a lesson here, but rather a converstation that you cant pause or rewind to try and study further.

WRONG Translations!

Kat Mackie · 14 years ago · v2.0

My mother is Thai and I was born there, and know the language well enough to know that the Thai phrases given are wrong. The single words given may be correct, but adjectives and verbs are not only used wrong, but are not pronounced properly. This app was OBViOuSly created by a foreigner and NOT an actual Thai speaking creator. Booooooo. Buy a lonely planet book instead. Thai people dont mind if you pronounce words wrong - as long as you Try.

terrible translation
