Theekh delivers expert level support right to its customer’s doorstep and provides an opportunity for its “Theekhers” to utilize their computer repair skills to make some side money or create a healthy revenue stream. The best part is the flexibility to work whenever they can.
Theekh’s intent is to provide an option for experienced and eligible Computer Repair Technicians also as known as “Theekhers” to generate a healthy & continuous revenue stream. “Theekhers” can work part-time or full-time based on their convenience depending on the availability of service requests in their preferred service locations.
Theekh receives service requests from its local customer for their Computer Repair needs.
“Theekhers” Mobile application allows the “Theekhers” to view & accept service requests for Computer Repair services in their preferred service locations. Greater Toronto Area only
All technicians MUST go through Technical Screening and Back Ground Check before being accepted as a “Theekher” and use this “Theekhers” Mobile App or website portal to service Theekh’s customers.
“Theekhers” App can be used to:
1. View & accept Service Request tickets in your preferred locations.
2. Chat with the users to better understand the details of the service request and maintain a continuous stream of communication until the ticket is resolved.
3. Get sign-off from the customer after the service request is completed.
4. Track open & accepted tickets for the next 7 days.
5. Tracked pending & completed tickets in the current & previous week.
