Description
“The Thirsty Crow” game is based on the original folktale (moral story) we have all heard or read. The concept of the game is to throw stones in the direction of the flying crow’s beak. If the stone is timed and in the right direction, the crow will catch it in its beak. After catching the stone the crow will start flying towards the water container. When the crow is above the container, the player need to tap so the stone drops in the container. With each stone dropped the water level rises slowly till the crow can drink it by sitting on the container. Which is also the end of the level and the player needs to play the next level.
The crow fly’s in round robin direction and the player need to wait for the right time to tap the stone towards the crow’s beak. The player has to continue the above till the crow drinks the water in all the level’s and completes the entire game.
The game has three different scenes (themes) and each scene has three levels of complexity. Logic of the game remains the same in all levels and scenes. The stones and container are placed randomly in each level and there is complexity of speed, time and stone throwing (tapping) capabilities with increasing complexity as the player goes higher in the levels. The player needs to judge the timing of the tapping or swiping of the stone and also needs to analyze the position of the crow.
There are some other complexities like the crow can only catch one stone at a time. If the player tries to tap or throw another stone while one is in the beak – the one in the beak falls off. Also if a stone falls from the beak the player looses it as the stone crashes and turns to clay. If the stone is dropped outside the container – there are negative points.
