THIM is the ring that conditions you for better sleep. Sleep well tonight and get the most from tomorrow.
Developed by sleep scientist Professor Leon Lack, use one of THIM’s many novel features:
• IMPROVE SLEEP – THIM offers a unique sleep-conditioning program designed to help you fall asleep sooner and reduce wakefulness across the night.
• TRACK SLEEP QUALITY - Use your phone to track your sleep quality throughout the night including stages of sleep and periods of wakefulness.
• POWER NAP – THIM determines when you fall asleep to the nearest minute. No other device can deliver this accuracy. This ensures exactly 10-mins of sleep during your nap – the time needed to avoid sleep inertia upon waking.
• SMART ALARM – Waking from deep sleep is not pleasant. In contrast, waking from light sleep feels great. Use this feature to ensure you wake from a light stage of sleep so you bounce out of bed in the morning and enjoy a great start to the day.
• MONITOR SLEEP EFFICIENCY – THIM provides a unique sleep efficiency score for each night of sleep. This algorithm is used by sleep clinics to score sleep studies.
