Thirstie: Liquor To Your Door at Mac App Store analyse

Like the convenience and selection. I know its still not available in most places where my friends live in Brooklyn but they to deliver in midtown Manhattan.

This company is supposed to deliver to people in Toronto and Ottawa Canada although it will not let me select my Canadian address (in Ottawa)

Cannot add address in Ontario, looks like they don’t have Canada in Database!

This app doesnt support Canadian addresses even though delivery has expanded to Ottawa and Toronto. Fix this. Kind of insulting and silly that this issue wasnt resolved before launching here. Can you deliver my booze or not?

4 hours later my order arrived, and it was incorrect. The customer service rep offered me a 10$ credit on my next order, Im like why would I ever order from you again??? They should have refunded at least the delivery charge but the customer service rep went silent after I told her I received the wrong order. Totally unprofessional. Complete waste of time and money. Would never recommend.

App has so much potential but like the above review, my order came 3 hours later after the delivery guy called and said he couldnt find the wine we ordered. I told him him pick something similar, total waste of time and ruined a otherwise good night.

Appalling "service"; ordered three days in a row – each time the order never was fulfilled and there was no delivery; calls and emails to customer service took me in circles with hollow promises that they would fulfill delivery IF I was to try again the next day. They offered me a free $5 off code. And when I applied it to the 2nd attempt that hey asked me to do using the app the very next day, i placed an order and added the $5 off code - only to experience the same Fail: the order never got delivered. They offered me a 2nd $5 off code for the 2nd delivery fail. When I asked if they could please give me me the $5 off code that I applied (and lost) when I ordered the failed 2nd order, I was told by the customer service person that she would have to speak to her boss. In the meantime I am floored me to try again . WHIXH I did. Same prob the 3rd try proved to be the final straw. I requested the issue be escalated, and the dude who it went to was atrocious and offered no customer service owed to a first time customer who had tried Thirsties app 3 times in a row upon their insistence only to experience failure each time. Additionally, The boss hes over absolutely refused to return the first five dollar off code that I had been swallowed up and lost after the second attempt failed. Ive never heard of such Shawty and contemptible "customer support". So bottom line, if – you use the app in Toronto wow the app itself works, there seems to be no reasonable System in place to actually have the order executed and the order then delivered problem and completed. And on top of that, their "customer support" is truly apalling and beyond the pale. Incan only speak as a once cry earnest and eager brand new customer who REALLY wanted to use Thirstie and did my best to give their company the benefit of the doubt. Its bad enough that the service itself for delivery and the system behind it was a mess and failed. He wants but to make things worse, was the despicable customer support – or rather, lack of it. Do NOT use this app or this service in Toronto.
