How to enroll in Mobiliti with Thomas County Federal: To use Thomas County Federal Mobile Banking App, you must first be enrolled in Personal Online Banking. Visit https://tcfederal.com to enroll. Login into Personal Online Banking and go to enroll in Mobile Banking. Once enrolled, you may begin using the Mobiliti App with your Online Banking Access ID and Password. Read the Online Banking and BillPay Terms and Conditions for additional details.
