Description
Drawing inspiration from experiences of travel and her own bold spirit, designer Helen O’Connor, embeds Thurley with a strong handwriting that closely aligns with her own personal aesthetic. Each season Thurley’s luxurious collections eschew trends by creating timeless pieces that are both modern and classic. Techniques such as tailoring and fluid draping utilise rare materials and unusual fabrications to create delicate womenswear pieces that have built an international following of women who value the considered nature of their clothes.
2010 sees the launch of a retail rollout for Thurley, beginning with three stand-alone stores opening in Melbourne, one in Sydney, and more scheduled for early 2011.
