It was awesome with the glow things but I lost everytime but other then that is was pretty good

Nice app, good quality. HD is great! Sound is okay. Thankfully theres a two player mode!! Must buy: Everyone loves Tic Tac Toe!!
A Fun Take On A Classic Game
The neon-inspired graphics and sound effects are well executed. My only complaint is that there are no prizes for winning, such as the bonus characters in the related Guess The Person and Guess The Animal. What a thrill it was to unlock the jellyfish.
