An ultrasound logbook aimed for PHEM/EM people: a simple way of recording your scans, results, and images.
Have multiple iOS devices? Your logbook will sync between them using your iCloud data. This all stays in your secure, encrypted iCloud, and no data leaves it or becomes accessible by anyone but you.
