Description
Tiếng chuông chánh niệm nhằm mục đích hổ trợ thiền sinh hành thiền, nhắc nhở thiền sinh quay về với hiện tại.
Ứng dụng hổ trợ bằng cách nào? Trong sinh hoạt hằng ngày bạn có thể cài đặt mỗi 5 phút thì chuông gõ một lần (hoặc chế độ chỉ rung để tránh làm phiền người khác) trong 1 hoặc nhiều giờ để nhắc nhở bạn quay về với hiện tại.
Dùng làm chuông thiền. Bạn có thể chọn chuông nhắc mỗi 15 phút hoặc 20 phút và kết thúc trong 30 phút hoặc 1 tiếng để sử dụng trong các thời thiền.
Ngoài ra, ứng dụng cho phép cài đặt nhiều loại chuông khác nhau, âm thanh thiên nhiên hoặc chỉ rung. Tùy biến thời gian nhắc chuông, thời gian kết thúc chuông.
