Since all weapons and powerups spawn on a timer, this app will keep track of each maps times and give alerts. There is no on screen indication of when these items spawn in game so this app allows the user to do that. Simply press start on the timer when the map loads and the app will count down when the items are going to spawn. You can use this to gain an advantage over other players who dont know when each weapon will spawn and grab items before anyone else. The timer is designed to be able to be used while playing and minimizing the amount of distractions so you can focus on the game. There are simple visual cues designed to be able to instantly know what is happening at a glance due to the colors and highlight effects. This also helps so you dont have to have the audio if you cant hear it with headphones on. The audio cues are designed so you dont even have to look at the screen because the app will list everything that is spawning and count down in intervals you can change. And if you are unable to look at the screen while busy in a firefight, the app will keep indications of what is available for up to 20 seconds if the user wants. This halo timer app supports all classic xbox and halo pc maps as well as halo pc changes to classic maps with the new weapons they added. It has support for both king of the hill and capture the flag gametype effects on weapon spawn times and the app will also give alerts for king of the hill. The user can customize all the audio cue types as well as when they hear them. Users can even customize which weapons and powerups are tracked on a per map and gametype basis. Having an app like this was unheard of back when Halo:CE was played competitively and players used to just have a stopwatch glued to their controllers. This timer does all the hard work for you by keeping track of every map and gametype weapon times so you can focus on winning.
