Description

TimeRecorder Description With TimeRecorder it is easy to track the times you spend in one or more projects. Create projects as many as you want. You will find them, clearly represented, on the start screen. Starting and ending of one booking could be made with one click only. Record your time simply by selecting the project and pressing the start/stop-button. In doing so starting a new project could stop another already running booking. This is adjustable at the option screen. This will minimize the operation time and gives you more time for the essential - your work. Do you want to record your travel times, do you have to distinguish between active and passive travel activity? No problem: Create so many projects as you want. There are no restrictions to the number of projects. Editing Your recorded times could be shown at a nice summary. There you can also add missing or correct existing bookings. You will find the bookings well sorted in an arrangement of year, month and day. Reporting At the included report page you see the times listed you spent with in your projects in a good looking pie chart. With the possibility to set start and end date you can filter for time periods and export the period specified. Exporting The export works imaginable easy. Your data will be transferred to your PC or Macintosh via email directly from the app. You dont have to leave the app to do so. Export your bookings to evaluate or archive them with programs like Excel or iCalc. Einfach und funktioniert

Das App. gewinnt sicherlich keinen Designpreis, aber es hat eine einzigartige Eigenschaft (hab ich jedenfalls nirgendwo anders gefunden): man schaltet während der Zeiterfassung von Projekt A einfach auf den Knopf von Projekt B, und sofort hält A an und B startet. Ideal für häufiges, unauffälliges Wechseln der Projekte, ohne ewig am iPhone herumzudrücken. Ansonsten sehr "basic", was in meinem Fall aber von Vorteil ist, da ich damit nur eine Selbstanalyse meiner Arbeitszeit betreibe.

Für einfache Zeiterfassung verschiedener Projekte sehr übersichtlich und schnell zu handlen. Gut sind die Automatikfunktion und die grafische Auswertung. Wünschenswert für ein update: - Minuten bitte auf sechzig, nicht dezimal erfassen! - Mehrere Projekte sollten in Kategorien zusammengefasst werden können, damit man die Zeit für das Einzelprojekt und gleichzeitig die Gesamtzeit für die Kategorie erfassen kann. -Es sollte auch eine Auswertung auf Wochenbasis geben. Die App. ist ausbaufähig. Nach Kontakt kam eine schnelle und freundliche Reaktion.

Genau das App. was ich brauch will damit meine eigenen Zeiten kontrollieren und das klappt super Auch danke für die schnelle Antwort Wünschenswert währe noch das Umlaute in der Tabelle auch angezeigt werden - macht statt ü ä nur gegritzel, ist bisschen verwirrend Toll währe noch wenn man die Projekte sortieren könnte , also das man die wichtigsten in der zeiterfassung immer nach oben setzt , oder das einfach das letzte benutzte automatisch nach oben gesetzt wird Gruß weiter so

Projektliste kann nicht sortiert werden.

im Grunde bin ich mit der App zufrieden. Habe deshalb auch die Vollversion gekauft. habe nun mehrere Projekte angelegt und musste leider feststellen das ich die Projektliste nicht sortieren kann. bitte nachbessern...

Alles in allem eine sehr gute Anwendung. Leider kann ich die angelegten Kategorien nicht zuordnen. Es lässt sich jeweils nur eine Kategorie einem Projekt zuordnen. Sobald ich mehrere Kategorien zu einem Projekt benötige, geht das leider nicht. Wenn ich aber das Projekt als Kategorie darstelle, kann ich die eigentlichen Kategorien über Projekte darstellen. Nach meinem Verständnis sollte das aber genau anders herum sein.
