In biological research, checking the Tm value of primers before purchase is important but there is not so many simple software on the web.
This App provides the Tm value of primer with or without restriction enzyme site and various restriction enzyme site sequences can be easily chosen from the column on the display.
Please use this app for brief review on your own responsibility.
Calculation formula is Tm = 60.8 + 0.41 × (G,C(%)) - (500/ length).
