Description

todayOS helps you decide what health action matters now, without streak pressure or a wall of stats. It reads the shape of your day: Apple Health facts you authorize, routine timing, daylight, screen use, location context, and your preferences. Then it surfaces one action reminder at a time, such as drink water, get daylight, stand up, rest your eyes, breathe, walk, shower, or wind down for sleep. The Today view shows the current phase of the day, the primary action reminder, and progress for the actions that still matter. The widgets, Apple Watch, and Mac surfaces are designed to follow the same recommendation, so the next action stays consistent across devices. todayOS is not a medical device, diagnosis tool, treatment plan, or streak tracker. It is a calm way to return to the next useful action in the current day. todayOS+ adds deeper customization, richer health intelligence, platform extensions, scheduled reminders, and iCloud sync.
