Straßenkarte und Metroplan sind sehr gut integriert, auch offline ist die App bestens nutzbar. Sehr praktisch ist die Funktion, auf dem Plan zu sehen, wo man gerade ist. (Klitzekleines Manko: keine Ticketpreise – dann wäre die App perfekt.)

Not perfect but a big help

You have to know the Tokyo public transport is really complicated, with subway, mono rail, trains... Keep that in mind when you use it. For example the map will not tell you in certain time period some trains are express and wont stop at every stop. Sometime when it tells you that you have to walk to another train/subway station, it can be a kilometre away. But without a map like this, you might as well stay in your hotel.

The App shows all the stations but if you desire to maximize (by time or routing or other metric), this app will not do it. It only shows local trains between distant / major stations so if you are looking for a way to figure out when to jump on a local, express,limited express, unlimited, this will not do it. You will need google maps live which does a GREAT job for you. BUT if you are off line the tokyo rail map lite is all you need if you have a decent handle on the train system. If you are very beginner at this, then the pro version can be helpful.
