Doesnt work

Under Status, it shows Im not logged in. Under TomTom Services, it shows I am. When I find an address and send it to the main unit the app shows it was sent but the main unit never receives it.

Login every time

Login every day and it is annoying. Tomtom could at least consider using touch id?

Just awful, annoying to navigate, its not the least bit intuitive, and it will constantly log you out without notification. Avoid.

I log in to the app, pair my phone to the gps, the gps tells me Im not logged in. I check my status on the app which indeed says Im not logged in so I go to log in on the app again and I am actually logged in. What is this, some sort of blond joke, Im not blind?

TomTom has the best navigation. And this app makes it even better. But... Forget all that. They have terrible customer support and they constantly break their system with software updates. They cant figure out a way to let us login once and let it stay logged in. And, the newest version doesnt fully recognize when you are logged in. Absolute garbage. Its a shame, because if they could fix the little stuff, itd be fantastic.

Frustrated and angry

Live traffic doesnt work on my GPS any more because the app wont let me log in. So, not only is the app bad, its ruined the functionality of the expensive GPS.
