Because this app requires a username and password, your personal health info will be kept secure when you’re not using the app.
Features:
Visits and Claims – Review your recent doctor visits and check the status of your claims. You can also receive a text when a claim has been processed on your behalf.
My Coverage – See your coverage details and your In Network and Out of Network expenses.
ID Card – View your virtual member ID card and show it to your doctor.
Health and Wellness – Read up-to-date health news, access the symptom-checker, and research medical conditions and prescription drugs.
Physician Search – Locate a nearby doctor that is covered by your plan.
User Profile – Make changes to your contact info and account.
Requirements (Apple): The TPABenefits, Inc Member App is compatible with the iPhone and iPad. Requires iOS 4.0+.
