From the app, you can view our messages, view your daily fitness statistics, follow the prescribed fitness plan, and see your daily nutrition overview. We also work with the Apple Health App to keep track of your steps and calories burned.
Healthier is not a one-size-fits-all journey. Trainer Court will walk by your side to create your personalized journey for ongoing success and lifelong results!
